"Great from the first phone call to when I picked up the car."
"Was looking to get a security system installed in my car for some extra piece of mind. I got a suggestion from my local auto body shop to check out ATD, and they were so great from the first phone call to when I picked up the car. They answered all of my questions and were very kind through the whole process. They were able to get me in within 2 weeks and the job was done in a day. I felt better after getting the system installed but more so from their professionalism and knowledge. Price was also very fair and I never felt as if I would be taken advantage of as a girl in a car shop. For the job I had done I definitely recommend!"

"There should be 100 stars to rate this company because they deserve it! I'm a very senior woman that drives a 2003 Honda CRV. I bought it brand new and love this vehicle. I decided it was time to check out some of the new car safety features, but I was shocked at the sticker prices! I found a fairly new car that I liked, but it didn't have the blind spot or rearview camera. The salesperson told me these features could be easily added as they take these cars to "Attention to Detail" in Middletown. Bingo! Why buy a new car when my Honda is perfectly fine! I had the following installed:
* Blind spot indicators (left and right side)
* Built-in navigation system in the dashboard
* Rear view camera
* Blue tooth hands-free cell phone with charger
I had this system installed on 4/13/2019 and have enjoyed it trouble-free ever since!"

Recently my truck had repairs done and the repairing shop took it off and reinstalled the best they could but it was not correct.

"Getting tired of getting into a cold car"
"I am getting tired of getting into a cold car after the frigid temps we've had this winter. My car is garaged at home but it sits in my work parking lot for 8-10 hours each day. My tolerance for the cold is dwindling.
I made 3-4 calls to different places to get a quote for a car starter. They were all around $400. There was something about the conversation I had with Randy at Attention to Detail that made me decide to choose them. Plus it was convenient to my work.
It took me about 3 weeks before they could get my car in, but felt confident I was choosing the right place. Randy explained in detail how it would work, at what range (3000 feet) and for how long before it shuts off (25 minutes).
Because this was all new to me, Randy walked me out to my car, after we tested the device in the shop. This way I had a real time experience, which I was appreciative of.
I tested it out for the first time last night while I was in Hartford. Not only were there multiple cement walls between me and the car, it was way across the street and not even in sight! It worked!!! I didn't have to scrape my windows and the car was toasty warm!!!"

"I have always gone to Attention to detail for remote start/ security system / heated seats as well as the Drone . I recently had my truck serviced at the mfg dealer for Ford for leaking coolant lines to the turbos, twice, supply and return and everything was working when I dropped it off. I picked it up as dealer drove it up to me. I got in and noticed something weird was going on with my KENWOOD receiver. I drove home and got out and tried locking it with my Compustar remotes and nothing. So I brought right to Attention to Detail and really didnt have an appointment but they took it in as they had to replace the brain as it was fried- dealer said they did t do anything wrong but they did do welding to remove a broken exhaust manifold stud and somehow fried this module. I would highly recommend Attention to Detail for anything to upgrade your ride. Randy was awesome as was the team that fixed this in record time . Truly a class act there. I’m moving in about two weeks but will drive the distance to have Attention to detail do any work I’m looking to have done."

"When you have a fleet of vehicles, you need an upfitter that you can trust. Attention to Detail (ATD) has become our go to spot for van shelving and vehicle upgrades/updates. We have tried others and were tired of poor service, uncommunicated delays and worst of all shelf failures (including one that ripped right out while LEAVING a certain ladder store). We turned to Dan at ATD and have never had an issue with the racks. We brought a sketch of how our vans need to be laid out and every rack is done perfectly to our specs. The installs are done on time or even ahead of schedule. We have a vehicle with a leather interior and heated seats from ATD which my employees love. We're now upgrading some of our older vehicles with products from ATD including better interior lighting in the vans, new backup lights on work trucks and an overhaul of our shop/plow truck to add Apple Carplay & Android Auto for those long nights of clearing our shop."

"I took 3 of my vehicles to Attention to Detail in Middletown, CT after I had learned that they service over 100+ dealerships in the state (Chevy, Ford, Honda, etc.) utilize them for aftermarket upgrades, such as leather seats, sunroofs, heated seats, etc. They install custom upgrades on new or used vehicles throughout the state. The team here is BEYOND top notch, and better than any OEM upgrades you can expect directly from the manufacture. The thing that really put me over the top was that on the 3rd vehicle I took to them for leather seats, which I must say is AMAZING and included all head rests, door trim, third row, and consoles, they found my wedding band that I had lost two months ago, on the floor under the seat. Unlike many other dealers/installers who may have kept the ring out of dishonesty, they returned it to me when I went to pick up the car. This ring was invaluable as my wife had placed it on my finger at our wedding. The ring had more sentimental value to me than any amount of money that I spent on all three vehicles combined. I am so grateful for such an honest and thorough team at Attention to Detail!!!! I promise you, whether it’s a moon roof, leather seats, mud flaps, car audio, camera systems, entertainment systems, truck bed tonneau covers, led lights installation, heated seats, nerf bars, brush guards, etc. I have had all of it installed by Attention to Detail, between my 3 vehicles, and all of their installations are so AMAZING, at a fair price, and the quality and perfection is indescribable!"

"I have a 2001 Formula. I recently brought my boat into ATD for a new stereo system and I couldn't be more than impressed with the out come of the work they did on my boat. I had 2 JL amps, 2 USB charging ports, 8 speakers, 2 outside controls (volume, source, channel) JL audio head unit. The day I picked my boat up (I am not electronically savy) so he showed me how to use everything which I was so thankful for. Once I got down the river I was unable to get the head unit to switch source so I called Dan to ask him if there was a special trick. I was unable to still get the source to change so Dan insisted to meet us at the next launch. He hopped right on the boat and some how the source button got stuck so he popped it out and everything was working awesome again. I was really impressed that he insisted to come out there to see what the issue was. (It was clearly an operator error lol). Dan stands behind his work 110%. He was thankful as well that I called him right away to let him know we had an issue so he can share the info with the company if the problem continued or if another customer has the same issue he can provide outstanding customer service to them as well.

"Not losing faith in government but definitely losing faith in Westbrook Honda who told me my radio was dead and needed to be replaced for a mere $2,500. That is nuts 🥜! Had heard about attention to detail and decided to go there and see what a replacement radio will cost. Representative was very helpful and took my supposedly dead radio and sent it to California to be evaluated and find out if it can be repaired. "I have been to Attention to Detail many times for several different cars. Just the other day I went in there to purchase a new Subwoofer because one of my old ones blew out. The salesmen Dan not only helped my buy a new one but he even went out to my car and looked at my system to insure I get a sub that would be able to handle the power my system pushes out. I purchase the sub and they even installed it for me without an appointment. During the install my other sub stopped working, They took the time to look at the old speaker that they hadn't even sold me. Attention to detail repaired the subwoofer which they had not sold to me. They are very professional and actually care about customers satisfaction. Any car Mods that I want I know where I will be going. Thinking about tints in the near future. I'll be giving them a call"

ATD said they would reinstall the unit in my new vehicle for $150. The wrecked vehicle was at a body shop just a couple miles from ATD. When I told Dan that I didnt think Id be able to get there before the insurance company came to take the vehicle he offered to go there and remove the remote starter for me.
